Responsibilities
- Create fresh, creative, and attractive floral designs for the online flower shop
- Prepare customer orders, including bouquets, arrangements, boxes, and customized designs
- Develop new flower designs and product ideas for website and social media listings
- Ensure all orders are made according to customer requests and company quality standards
- Handle flowers and floral materials properly to maintain freshness and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the florist work area
- Monitor flower stock and inform the team when supplies need to be ordered
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a florist, preferably in the UAE
- Strong creativity and good sense of color combinations and floral styling
- Experience preparing bouquets, flower boxes, vase arrangements, and customized orders
- Ability to work under pressure and complete orders on time
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- Must be currently available in the UAE
