About the Role
GardaWorld seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for Cash Services Canada. The role requires 3-5 years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and CPA designation or pursuit.

Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial close process including variance analysis, journal entries, accruals, and preparation of monthly financial reporting packages
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results including revenue, direct labor, overtime, operating expenses, gross margin, and profitability trends
- Assist in development of annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long range financial plans
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, cost reduction initiatives, pricing decisions, and business case evaluations
- Serve as finance business partner to operational teams providing value added analysis and identifying risks and opportunities
- Analyze key financial and operational KPIs including labor productivity, volume trends, route and stop activity, claims, cost drivers, and client profitability
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through reporting automation, process optimization, data validation, and implementation of new finance tools
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and participate in special projects for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or finance business partnering
- CPA designation or active pursuit preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into insights
- Highly autonomous, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Skills & Qualifications
