Role Overview
Support financial planning, reporting, and strategic guidance for AbbVie Operations External Manufacturing.
Provide financial reporting and analysis for Aseptic Fill and Conjugation products produced by third-party manufacturers.
Set product standard costs, manage financial planning cycles, analyze variances, and support inventory controls.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly accruals, reclassifications, and cost-allocation journal entries.
- Analyze financial drivers affecting US and international actuals.
- Ensure reporting complies with AbbVie policies, Sarbanes-Oxley, and US GAAP.
- Coordinate reporting for Actuals, Plans, Updates, LBE, and LRP cycles.
- Review product variances, project expenses, and headcount trends.
- Support standards for Aseptic Fill and Conjugation products.
- Provide financial guidance to functional business partners.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Participate in annual physical inventory counts at third-party manufacturing sites.
- Reconcile AbbVie consigned inventory monthly.
- Support internal controls and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- At least 4 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with BPC, SAP, Power BI, or Workiva is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are required.
