Responsibilities
- Develop financial and operational models to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Perform profitability analysis across engines, customers, and programs to support commercial decisions.
- Build advanced models for pricing, forecasting, investment evaluation, and operational optimization.
- Leverage large datasets and AI driven tools to identify trends, improve performance, and generate predictive insights.
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership in monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes with business partners.
- Analyze overhead, G&A, and cost structures to support margin improvement initiatives.
- Participate in month end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and performance analysis.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and scalability initiatives within finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA is an asset)
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to leadership
- Experience with large datasets and data driven analysis tools (asset)
- Bilingual (English & French) required

- The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in delivering financial insights, advanced modeling, and performance analysis to support decision making in a fast paced, data driven environment.
- The role combines strong financial analysis with close partnership across operations, commercial teams, and leadership, using large datasets and modern analytics tools to drive profitability and efficiency.
