What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand priorities, challenge assumptions and guide financially sound decisions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, including budgeting and business scenario modelling.
• For merchandising portfolios, plan and analyze inventory and inventory turns to support business performance.
• Create clear reports, dashboards and executive-ready presentations that make complex information meaningful and actionable.
• Deliver value-added analysis and recommendations that support strategy, improve the bottom line and enable proactive problem-solving.
• Strengthen data accuracy and reporting integrity while identifying opportunities to simplify and improve processes.
• Coordinate special financial and statistical studies and collaborate across divisional and corporate teams.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• Typically 3 to 5 years of financial or accounting experience
• Strong financial modelling, business analysis and advanced Excel skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• A self-starting, organized and detail-focused approach with sound judgment and discretion
• GBQ or SQL knowledge and Tableau or other data-visualization experience are assets
