Lallemand seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Assistant Controller of Danstar Ferment AG in preparing financial statements, ensuring internal control compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for group reporting purposes
- Prepare and analyze annual financial statements for group and entity reportings
- Participate in the preparation and review of the documentation to be presented for the external audit
- Maintain, document, and enhance internal controls
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses, cross functional projects, and continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation, data quality)
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong autonomy, rigor, and reliability
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills in a fast paced environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with a strong interest in automation
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in an evolving international context
- Strong team spirit and business partner mindset
- Knowledge of Power BI, an ERP system, and/or a reporting tool (asset)
- Experience in a multi entity, multi currency environment (asset)

Main Functions
- Reporting to the Assistant Controller – Danstar Ferment AG, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the preparation of financial statements, internal control compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
