The Opportunity
Acts as an enterprise financial subject matter expert who turns complex financial data into actionable insight.
Work spans accounting, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Partners with finance teams, department managers, and executive leaders to support sound decisions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide expert advice and recommendations grounded in technical knowledge and business understanding.
- Analyze ALM, credit risk, and interest rate risk and prepare reports for senior management.
- Evaluate competitor performance and products and develop strategic recommendations.
- Lead budget variance and financial performance analysis.
- Own monthly forecasting and the annual budget, including forecast model improvements.
- Coordinate finance, strategic, and operational projects across functional areas.
- Prepare reporting and recommendations for management and the Board.
- Mentor finance team members and internal customers.
What You Bring to the Table
- Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Business.
- CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA professional accounting designation.
