TRUE Hockey seeks a bilingual Senior Financial Analyst to manage accounting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and payroll at their Mascouche site. The role involves maintaining cost details, analyzing variances, and supporting inventory and operations reporting.

Responsibilities
- Apply accounting and statistical knowledge to create and maintain cost details and BOMs for many SKUs across multiple systems
- Create and maintain all site financial reports including variance analysis (actual vs standard cost)
- Analyze changes in design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, and wages to assess impact on production costs
- Verify accuracy of inventory value at standard cost
- Prepare monthly inventory valuation schedule and reconcile inventory accounts with general ledger
- Contribute to improvement of internal controls within the facility
- Calculate annual labor and overhead rates and explain variances
- Monitor inventory transactions and collaborate with operations to eliminate recurring errors
- Develop monthly inventory reports and variance analyses
- Develop monthly COGS and gross margin analyses
- Perform standard cost updates and cost revisions throughout the year and annually
- Create and manage weekly operations reports including preparation of files and identification of manufacturing variances
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or cost accounting
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA designation is an asset
- Experience with Oracle and Payworks is an asset

Role Overview
- Responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting for the company, including supervision of daily operations (AP/AR and payroll), preparation of financial statements and budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures accuracy of financial data, manages internal controls, and processes payroll for the site.

Compensation
