Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and reporting across the company’s real estate portfolio
- Build, maintain, and review advanced financial models using ARGUS Enterprise for valuations, leasing assumptions, and cash flow projections
- Perform investment underwriting, including IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling for acquisitions and dispositions
- Analyze financing structures, including mortgage debt, credit facilities, refinancing opportunities, and covenant compliance
- Support acquisition and disposition processes through detailed financial due diligence and valuation analysis
- Prepare executive level reports, investment summaries, and portfolio performance dashboards

Requirements

Position Overview
- The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role within Leyad’s finance team, leading financial analysis, investment underwriting, and portfolio performance reporting across the company’s real estate assets.
- This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in real estate modeling, financial forecasting, and investment analysis.
- In this role you will support acquisitions, asset management, and financing decisions through detailed cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, and strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and reporting across the company’s real estate portfolio, including debt structures, investment performance, and asset level returns.
- Build, maintain, and review advanced financial models using ARGUS Enterprise for valuations, leasing assumptions, and cash flow projections.
- Perform investment underwriting, including IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Analyze financing structures, including mortgage debt, credit facilities, refinancing opportunities, and covenant compliance.
- Support acquisition and disposition processes through detailed financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
- Prepare executive level reports, investment summaries, and portfolio performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with asset management, acquisitions, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and assumptions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3 5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate investment, or corporate finance
- Strong expertise in real estate valuation, DCF modeling, and investment underwriting
- Solid understanding of real estate capital markets, debt structuring, and asset management principles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
