Role Description
The Senior Financial Accountant is a part-time role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Abu Dhabi and some work-from-home flexibility.
The role focuses on financial statement preparation and review, accurate reporting, compliance, analysis, reconciliations, cash flows, audits, and internal controls.
The position supports finance and investment decision-making related to cross-border and IFSC-related operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and monitor cash flows.
- Support audits and internal controls.
- Collaborate with finance and investment teams to provide analytical insights and improve reporting processes.
- Support decision-making related to cross-border and IFSC-related operations.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and financial reporting skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial information clearly.
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Proficiency with accounting software and related transaction reporting tools.
- Solid analytical skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting recommendations.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent, plus a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or international/IFSC environments is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with cross-functional teams.

- The position is based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some work from home.
