Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or payment processing within gig economy platforms or digital marketplaces
- Proficiency in using financial software, ERP systems, or payment reconciliation tools
- Strong understanding of international tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and freelancer tax compliance
- Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency based transactions is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with strict attention to detail and confidentiality
