Responsibilities
- Lead finance, accounting, treasury, and financial operations across multiple entities
- Prepare and present consolidated financial reports, management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and executive dashboards
- Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios, including private investments, real estate, and alternative assets
- Conduct financial modelling, investment appraisals, commercial due diligence, and scenario analysis for new investment opportunities
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk management processes
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning initiatives
- Oversee statutory reporting, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance across all entities
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, investment partners, and regulatory authorities
- Act as principal financial advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on capital allocation, wealth preservation, and investment performance
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, investment management, corporate finance, or treasury leadership
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing complex financial structures, investments, and multi entity operations
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and commercial acumen
