The Role
The Senior Finance Director provides financial leadership across planning, reporting, performance management, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Provide financial analysis and commercially relevant insights to management.
- Oversee management reporting, financial metrics, and performance monitoring.
- Review financial trends and identify opportunities, risks, and efficiency improvements.
- Support cash-flow planning, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Partner with operations and other functions on financial planning and business initiatives.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, reporting standards, and accountability.
- Coordinate strategic financial priorities and projects with internal stakeholders.
- Support financial risk assessment and escalation of material concerns.
- Mentor finance team members and promote accuracy and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of relevant professional finance experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, cost management, and business performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with financial controls, risk awareness, and operational finance processes.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and standard financial reporting tools.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategic and operational matters within a part-time schedule.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams remotely.
