- Review and reconcile daily transaction records to identify discrepancies or anomalies in payment processing
- Validate vendor payouts against service delivery metrics and contractual terms on a bi weekly basis
- Generate and distribute financial reports summarizing revenue, disbursements, and outstanding balances for leadership review
- Collaborate with operations and data teams to resolve reconciliation gaps using transaction metadata and platform logs
- Maintain audit trails of financial adjustments, including timestamps, user IDs, and justification notes for compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations or accounting
- Experience with payment reconciliation in high volume transaction environments
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) with advanced functions for data analysis and pivot reporting
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, or GDPR) and audit trail documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting

Role Overview
