Project Overview
HireHolic seeks a senior UI/UX and visual web designer to create a premium, modern and development-ready corporate website in Figma.
The website concerns enterprise-grade AI governance, secure infrastructure and compliance-oriented digital systems.
Approved content will be provided; the designer must turn it into a distinctive, credible and highly usable digital experience.
Design Objective
The finished website should feel premium, enterprise-grade, technically sophisticated, readable and responsive.
The design should support enterprises, institutions and senior decision-makers without relying on temporary trends or generic AI imagery.
The work should include strong visual storytelling, typography, spacing, information hierarchy and original visual explanation.
Website Scope
- The website includes roughly seventeen page types covering governance, capability-area solutions, client proof, about, blog, news, contact, legal and utility pages.
- The designer will work from a detailed sitemap, page titles and category structure provided after engagement begins.
- Some solution pages may share an underlying template while remaining deliberate and appropriate to their content.
Core Visual Communication
- Create original diagrams explaining isolated operating environments, approval sequences, incident containment and human approval before execution.
- Visually communicate the separation between shared central rules and local protected operational data.
- Diagrams must be institutional, original and understandable rather than generic flowcharts or stock infographics.
Designer Responsibilities
- Review content and the existing website, validate sitemap and page hierarchy, and identify reusable page patterns.
- Present two visual directions and create low-fidelity structures for principal page types.
- Design high-fidelity desktop, tablet and mobile experiences for the full website.
- Build a reusable Figma design system, clickable prototype, interaction specifications and developer handoff.
- Apply consolidated feedback and deliver source files, components, assets and documentation during the seven-day sprint.
Figma Quality
- Use Auto Layout, reusable components and variants, variables or tokens, named pages and layers, and clear responsive behaviour.
- Provide desktop, tablet and mobile layouts at approximately 1440px, 768px and 390px reference widths.
- Include documented typography and spacing systems, interaction states, developer notes and export-ready assets.
- Target WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles, including readable contrast, focus states, logical hierarchy and keyboard-friendly interaction planning.
Seven-Day Working Schedule
- Day 1 covers content review, sitemap validation, visual research and two design directions.
- Days 2 through 5 cover the approved direction, design system, core pages, solution pages, client pages, about, blog, news, contact and utility pages.
- Day 6 covers responsive work, interaction states and the prototype; Day 7 covers revisions, cleanup, documentation and developer handoff.
- The designer must be available throughout the sprint for daily reviews and same-day adjustments, with at least four working hours overlapping Dubai time.
Required Experience
- At least seven years of professional UI/UX, product or web design experience and a strong premium enterprise or B2B portfolio.
- Experience with complex AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, regulated technology, compliance, fintech or similar subjects.
- Advanced Figma, information architecture, typography, responsive design, accessibility and technical visualisation skills.
- Experience working directly with front-end developers and explaining design decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and availability to personally complete the work within seven calendar days.
Preferred Profile
- Preference may be given to candidates with Top Rated Plus or Expert-Vetted status, a Job Success Score of at least 95%, substantial Upwork earnings and relevant enterprise engagements.
- A strong repeat-client history, detailed client feedback and at least three directly relevant live projects are preferred.
- Individual senior freelancers are preferred; an agency must have the named senior designer personally lead and execute the sprint.
Application Notes
- Applicants must begin their proposal with ISOLATED BRANCH and provide relevant portfolio examples, availability, daily Dubai-time overlap, proposed fixed price and revision details.
- The designer must personally complete the work, use supplied real content, and confirm delivery of premium visual quality and an implementation-ready Figma system.
