Requirements
- I. Mandatory Skills
- ● Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- ● Experience in manufacturing or factory environments.
- ● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- ● Understanding of PLCs, automation systems
- ● Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Ability to work independently in field conditions.
- ● Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- II. Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills
- ● Experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing process will be a big plus.
- ● Familiarity with equipment maintenance standards and documentation.
- ● Process engineering and knowledge of semiconductor processes will be a plus.
- ● Experience working with semiconductor inspection and test systems will be a plus.
- I. Key Responsibilities
1. Preventive Maintenance (PM):
● Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance activities as per OEM manuals and maintenance schedules.
● Ensure timely servicing of machines to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.
● Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and compliance.
2. Corrective Maintenance:
● Perform immediate diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
● Carry out repairs and ensure minimal downtime of machinery.
● Coordinate with OEMs or vendors for complex technical issues when required.
