About the Role
LVLTech seeks a Senior Service Engineer specializing in Additive Manufacturing for a full-time, on-site role in the UAE. The role involves leading installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of industrial AM systems, acting as senior technical escalation point.

Responsibilities
- Lead installation, commissioning, calibration, and customer acceptance of industrial AM systems at client sites
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs across installed base
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, laser/optical, and process related faults independently
- Coordinate directly with OEM technical support and engineering teams for advanced issues
- Conduct site readiness assessments and guide customers through facility preparation
- Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer teams
- Mentor and support junior service engineers
- Manage service logistics, tools, and spare parts for on site interventions
- Document all work through structured service reports and CRM/service management systems
- Communicate machine status, service findings, and recommendations clearly to customers and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 5+ years of hands on field service experience with industrial 3D printers or comparable capital equipment
- At least 2 years with metal AM systems (LPBF/DMLM preferred)
- Proven track record of independently leading installations, commissioning, and major repairs at customer sites
- Strong fault finding skills across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and process domains
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently across UAE and GCC
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
