Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region aligned to pipeline, revenue, and GTM objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize regional events including partner events, roadshows, webinars, and customer events
- Collaborate with sales, partner marketing, demand generation, and product marketing to drive regional campaigns
- Manage regional marketing budgets and forecast spend effectively

Role Overview
- Appfire is seeking a collaborative and execution focused Field Marketing Leader, Americas to support regional pipeline growth and customer engagement through targeted marketing programs, events, and partner initiatives across North America and LATAM.
What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region aligned to pipeline, revenue, retention, and GTM objectives.
- Partner closely with regional sales leaders, account teams, and partners to identify growth opportunities and create targeted marketing programs.
- Translate global marketing initiatives into regionally relevant campaigns and experiences.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of regional events (partner events, community events, roadshows, webinars, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, event partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high quality execution.
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs including pipeline influence, sourced revenue, attendance, engagement, and ROI.
- Drive inclusion in Appfire's demand generation campaigns and facilitate development of reference stories.
- Provide marketing interlock with regional Channel VP and Channel Managers.
- Support local ACE events and partner webinars.
- Collaborate with Channel, Alliances, and Ecosystem teams to support partner marketing planning and co marketing activities.
- Work cross functionally with Product Marketing, Partner Programs, Demand Generation, Creative Services and Digital Marketing teams.
- Ensure timely lead follow up, campaign tracking, and reporting processes.
What you will need
- 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven experience developing partner marketing plans, and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns and events that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with sales, channel and partner organizations.
- Experience working with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and event ROI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms including Salesforce.
- Nice to have: Experience within the Atlassian, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem; familiarity with channel marketing and partner ecosystem models; experience supporting multi country or regional marketing programs across the Americas.
