Responsibilities
- Review all technical project documents upon contract award and identify discrepancies
- Attend bid interviews and participate in global management reviews
- Develop a plan and allocate resources for the project to ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule
- Take the lead in creating installation documentation, procurement, and fabrication materials
- Coordinate with other departments within the project team to ensure smooth operations
- Determine the sequence of work, equipment, and crew make up required
- Prepare bar chart schedule for marine work including vessel modifications
- Prepare technical bid evaluations and evaluate subcontract qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7 9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors or consultant
- At least 2 3 years of Operations and field Engineering experience
- Thorough knowledge of Excel spreadsheet with Macro commands
- MS Project scheduling software
- Familiar with Subcontract activities
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge in Auto CAD
