The role manages technical interactions with customers in India and serves as their go-to technical expert.
The field application team works with R&D teams across Europe and India to support customer adoption.
The role supports evaluation, adoption, and deployment of AI hardware, including PCIe boards, modules, and vision gateways.
Hands-on work primarily involves deploying AI models and pipelines with the Voyager SDK.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide technical expertise on Axelera AI's platform.
- Resolve technical inquiries and issues directly or through coordination with R&D.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development on product launches and technology evangelism.
- Support sales growth, new customer identification, and design-win defense.
- Track interactions, follow up with customers, and maintain effective communication.
- Relay customer feedback to product management and advocate for customer needs.
- Perform competitive analysis and create product documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of semiconductor or artificial intelligence industry experience in a customer-facing application development or technical support role.
- Programming experience in Python, C/C++, OpenCL, or CUDA.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and practical embedded hardware experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to company sites as needed, with expected travel of at least 30%.
Location and Work Arrangement
- This is a remote position based within or near the Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Pune hubs.
- The hub proximity supports access to customers and client locations.
