About the Role
FinAce Consulting seeks a Senior SAP FICO Expert for an 18-month contract in Dubai. You will lead SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support, requiring strong configuration skills and full-cycle S/4HANA project experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support activities for clients across multiple geographies
- Gather and validate business requirements, design and configure SAP FICO solutions
- Manage integration with other SAP modules such as Logistics and Procurement
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams
- Conduct unit and integration testing, support user acceptance testing and go live activities
- Provide expert level guidance on best practices, perform issue analysis and resolution
- Contribute to project documentation and mentor junior consultants
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA)
- 2–4 full cycle greenfield or brownfield projects on SAP S/4HANA
- Strong hands on configuration across Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)
- Solid understanding of Material Ledger and actual costing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced understanding of finance and controlling processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Prior consulting experience and exposure to clients in Middle East is highly desirable

Role Description
- Contract: minimum 18 months, extendable.
- Location: Dubai, UAE (on site).
- Travel: return travel sponsored twice per year.
- Fluent English (essential).
