About the Role
The FF&E Source seeks a Senior FF&E Project Manager to lead end-to-end FF&E procurement for luxury hospitality and real estate projects in Dubai. The role requires strong project management skills, experience with FF&E/OS&E scopes from concept through installation, and proficiency in logistics and quality control.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end FF&E procurement for complex hospitality and real estate projects
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from concept through installation
- Coordinate with designers, owners, operators, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders
- Track production, quality inspections, logistics, and installation milestones
- Monitor project risks and maintain accurate documentation and reporting via the IFECT platform
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and supplier performance
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, templates, and standards
Requirements
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading FF&E/OS&E scopes from concept through installation
- Demonstrated expediting capabilities to drive timely production, approvals, and deliveries
- Experience with inspection and quality control to verify compliance with specifications, samples, and mock ups
- Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of shipping, warehousing, and on site delivery sequencing
- Several years of experience in hospitality or high end real estate FF&E/OS&E procurement and project delivery
- Ability to read and interpret design documentation, specifications, and schedules
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of proficiency with project management and procurement software platforms

Role Description

- Coordinate with designers, owners, operators, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders
- Track production, quality inspections, logistics, and installation milestones
- Monitor project risks, maintain accurate documentation and reporting via the IFECT platform
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and supplier performance

- Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of shipping, warehousing, and on site delivery sequencing for multiple projects
- Several years of experience in hospitality or high end real estate FF&E/OS&E procurement and project delivery, ideally in an international environment
- Ability to read and interpret design documentation, specifications, and schedules, with a strong eye for detail and design integrity
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of proficiency with project management and procurement software platforms
