Senior Fashion Designer & Production Manager(Pattern Making & Embroidery Expert)

Overview

• ASORA – Freedom in Fashion is hiring a Senior Fashion Designer & Production Manager for our growing luxury fashion brand.
• We are looking for a highly experienced professional with minimum 5–6 years of experience in fashion design, production, pattern making (khakha), and embroidery knowledge, especially in bridal, festive, and couture wear.
• The candidate should be capable of handling the complete design-to-production process independently.
• ✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Designing luxury ready-to-wear and couture collections
• Creating detailed sketches, mood boards & tech packs
• Developing khakha (pattern making) and garment construction layouts
• Understanding and guiding embroidery techniques, placements & execution
• Managing end-to-end production (sampling to final output)
• Coordinating with factories, tailors & karigars
• Fabric sourcing & material selection
• Ensuring premium quality and finishing standards
• Handling fittings, corrections & production timelines
• Planning photoshoots & collection launches
• Assisting in costing & production planning
• ✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in fashion designing, production, pattern making (khakha) & embroidery
• Strong expertise in bridal / festive / luxury wear
• Excellent sketching & technical design skills
• Strong knowledge of embroidery (handwork, zari, zardozi, beadwork, etc.)
• Knowledge of pattern making, draping & garment construction
• Experience working with factories and managing production
• Ability to handle projects independently
• Organized, detail-oriented & proactive
• Good communication & coordination skills
