Senior Facilities Supervisor

The Opportunity

What You Will Work On

• Oversee facilities planning activities for the company.
• Direct space allocations, moves, and facilities construction, modification, and maintenance through intermediate managers.
• Implement facilities policies and practices.
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate facilities staff and contractors.
• Review and approve facilities contracts and vendor qualifications.
• Prioritize and monitor facilities capital and expense budgets and track maintenance documentation.
• Support divisional and company initiatives related to QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Set goals, provide performance feedback, and manage execution through coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
• Comply with FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignments.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of maintenance and facilities experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• FDA-regulated facility or cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model preferred.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, project management, communication, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, and hold others accountable.

Compensation

• The listed base pay range is $100,000 to $200,000.
• The pay range may vary by specific location.
