Senior Facilities Manager

Role overview

What will you deliver?

• Develop customer relationships and act as the interface and first point of escalation for service delivery.
• Manage a large team and deliver facilities management to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager and site staff to support technical-service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company programmes, processes, procedures, site procedures, and client audit requirements.
• Support contract development and the customer relationship.
• Deliver continuous measurement, development, and retention of staff.
• Conserve energy and other utilities where possible.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Manage commercial and financial requirements, including cost control and appropriate financial recovery.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience of full facilities management.
• Strong understanding of financial and commercial management.
• Experience of educational environments is desirable.
• IOSH or another health and safety qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in a management position.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
