The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, safety, security, and continuous improvement of 70,000 square feet of space across two adjacent buildings.
The space includes engineering labs, clean rooms, manufacturing space, and office operations.
This position ensures that all building systems, infrastructure, and work environments are safe, reliable, clean, compliant, and capable of supporting business operations with minimal disruption.
The Senior Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance of all building infrastructure and related company assets, supervises Facilities personnel (two custodians), manages contractors and vendors, coordinates facility improvement projects, and serves as the primary liaison with the property landlord.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, willingness to be hands-on and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced technical environment.

Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000.
This range reflects the compensation Fibertek reasonably expects to offer for this role.
Placement within the range will depend on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s experience, education and training, key skills, and relevant market and business considerations.
