The Senior Facility Manager will work collaboratively within the Integrated Facility Management team to deliver comprehensive facility management services including client relations, planning, operations, financial management, and site support in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment. Planning & Strategic Operations
Facilitate the resolution of service delivery issues by working with client sourcing, finance, contractors, and suppliers
Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with client objectives
Create and execute business continuity plans and contingency strategies
Identify and document best practice procedures to drive continuous improvement
Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize facility operations and workflows
Relationship Management & Professional Communication
Manage relationships with site colleagues, clients, JLL leadership (corporate and site), and service delivery partners

Communicate clearly and professionally at all organizational levels
Translate customer needs into actionable initiatives
Build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Directly manage and develop the Facilities Management Team

Manage CBA-represented grievance and discipline processes
Motivate teams to achieve business goals and maintain high performance standards
Financial Management
Monitor expenditure, analyze variances and trends, and implement resulting action plans

Develop financial performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives

Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience in a management role
7-10 years minimum of Facility/Project Management experience

Demonstrated subject matter expertise within IFM/Soft Services
Experience successfully managing change initiatives
Proven people management experience leading diverse teams
