Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians
- Conduct quality control inspections of all aspects of Facilities Management
- Develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs
- Keep the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot facility systems
- Act as an ambassador for safety and promote safe working across the site
- Support technicians by motivating, providing knowledge and hands on experience
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels
- Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance
- Prioritize and manage resources under high pressure
- Execute internal and external audit processes certifications and compliance
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures to improve regional operations efficiencies
Requirements
- 5 years of working experience is a MUST
- Bachelor's Degree in any related technical certificates or Diploma in Hospitality
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting facility systems
- Ability to provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and building maintenance
- Ability to manage resources under high pressure

Job Summary

Job Knowledge & Skills
