Role Overview
Lead technical management, maintenance planning, compliance, performance optimization, and lifecycle management for facilities assets.
Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of complex facilities portfolios.
Technical Operations
- Lead engineering and maintenance operations across assigned properties.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ELV, BMS, and fire protection systems.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs and approve technical procedures.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical building infrastructure.
Compliance and Asset Management
- Ensure compliance with ADREC, DMT, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Civil Defence, sustainability, and industry requirements.
- Lead technical audits and ensure statutory inspections and certifications are completed on time.
