Forka Group seeks a Senior F&B Recruiter to own talent acquisition strategy for restaurant venues, central operations, and corporate divisions. The role requires deep hospitality industry knowledge, a strong network of F&B talent, and experience in high-volume hiring and pre-opening campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all hospitality roles, including Executive Chefs, Restaurant General Managers, Line Cooks, Baristas, and Waitstaff
- Execute high volume mass hiring campaigns to fully staff new restaurant venues well ahead of their opening dates
- Source, screen, and headhunt specialized talent for Central Serving Store (commissary kitchen) and corporate holding office
- Partner closely with Operations Managers and Executive Chefs to anticipate staffing needs and build accurate candidate profiles
- Maintain an active, warm pipeline of passive F&B talent in the region to immediately backfill critical roles
- Conduct trade tests and coordinate practical kitchen/floor trials alongside operational leadership team
- Ensure a flawless and hospitable candidate experience reflecting Forka’s premium brand standards
- Analyze industry compensation trends, turnover metrics, and competitor offerings to ensure Forka remains employer of choice
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of dedicated recruitment experience strictly within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Restaurant Group sector
- Deep understanding of restaurant hierarchy, culinary terminology, and the distinct personalities required for Back of House vs. Front of House success
- Proven track record of successfully managing mass hiring drives for new restaurant or hotel pre openings
- Strong, pre existing network of hospitality professionals and reliable sourcing channels across the GCC (specifically UAE and Oman)
- Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions without sacrificing candidate quality or administrative precision
