About the Role
Pacific International Lines is hiring a Senior Executive for transhipment operations in Taiwan. The role involves managing export/import schedules, preparing transshipment documents, liaising with terminals, and ensuring successful cargo connections.

Responsibilities
- Receiving pre notice from POL or contact POL for potential transshipment, and checking the latest export voyage which can be connected
- Prepare transshipment documents for the shipping agent
- Liaise with terminal personnel regarding the entry and exit of cargo at the station/boarding, as well as special considerations for transshipment of special cargo
- Confirm whether all arranged transshipments are successfully connected
- Prepare transshipment related reports
- Assist in handling tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Familiar with export and import schedule with PIL own service and outsider feeder service
- Possess knowledge of customs and trade
- Ability to liaise with terminal personnel regarding cargo entry and exit
