Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with schools across Lebanon

- Own and manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract signing
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective schools to achieve annual sales targets
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with schools
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity updates to the General Manager
- Coordinate with Product Specialists for pedagogical discussions
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to expand market coverage
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitor activity and customer feedback
Requirements

- Experience in the education sector
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Overview
- The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the presence of bilArabi across schools in Lebanon.
- The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with school leaders, and guiding schools through the evaluation and adoption process.
Requirements
- Established network and strong relationships with K–12 schools in Lebanon, with the ability to access and engage key decision makers. Having relationships with schools in UAE/KSA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the education sector; familiarity with Arabic language programs, curriculum solutions, or educational technology is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Lebanon (Regional travel within the GCC may be required) for school visits and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with schools across Lebanon.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to secure meetings with school decision makers, including principals, academic leaders, and Arabic department heads.
- Conduct presentations of bilArabi and its components to prospective schools.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and other activities aimed at generating new leads and strengthening market presence.
- Own and manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signing.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective schools to achieve annual sales targets.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with schools within approved company guidelines.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities while working closely with the Presales team to maintain pipeline visibility and support proposal development.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity updates to the General Manager.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists when schools require detailed pedagogical discussions or curriculum presentations.
- Collaborate with distributors and other partners to expand market coverage and ensure smooth order fulfillment following contract award.
- Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities, to inform business strategy and future growth initiatives.
