Job Summary
The Senior Executive will manage end-to-end reverse logistics operations across multiple logistics partners.
The role covers shipment investigations, credit note processing, operational MIS, ticket resolution, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reverse logistics operations and ensure timely movement and closure of reverse shipments.
- Investigate discrepancies, exceptions, shortages, damages, and other logistics-related issues.
- Own reverse logistics cases from initiation to final closure.
- Validate claims and process credit notes.
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Coordinate with warehouses, courier partners, finance, customer support, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Freshdesk tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with processes and SOPs.
- Escalate critical issues and contribute to standardization, automation, and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in reverse logistics, supply chain operations, warehouse operations, or e-commerce operations.
- Good understanding of reverse logistics processes and warehouse operations.
