Responsibilities

  • International Rate Desk -
  • Should have command in international ticketing along with Geography knowledge (Global Indicator)
  • Hands-on experience with systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
  • Provide international airfare quotations and fare solutions for corporate travel requests.
  • Research, compare, and recommend the most cost-effective routing and fare options.
  • Validate fare rules, ticketing restrictions, penalties, and airline policies.
  • Manage net fares, published fares, negotiated fares, and special promotional fares.
  • Monitor fare updates and industry changes impacting global travel pricing.
  • Ensure adherence to client travel policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of fare calculations and quotations.
  • Assist with quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring accuracy in bookings, passenger details, and itinerary management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream Minimum of 6 months of quality experience within / outside EXL (QCA)
