Overview
- Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Production to lead our dairy manufacturing operations.
- The role is responsible for end-to-end production management across a diverse product portfolio including fresh milk, flavoured milk, sterilized milk, ice cream, milk powder, and ghee.
- The position reports to the Manufacturing Director and oversees section supervisors and a multi-cultural workforce.
- Roles & responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Lead and supervise production teams (~70 employees across multiple nationalities) through section supervisors
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams for seamless operations
- Implement best practices in safety, hygiene, and operational discipline
