Senior Executive - Procurement

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new vendors.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
• Create, process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approval. Post that track and monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including order status, vendor performance, and cost savings.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on new technologies and tools that can enhance the procurement process.
• Provide training and support to junior procurement staff and other team members.

• High School education or equivalent and minimum of 6 years of experience.
