Senior Executive - President & CEO Office

Act as a coordination point for internal and external stakeholders involved in assigned special projects.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with government entities, international organizations, business councils, and other relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, engagements, and follow-up actions related to international projects and initiatives.

Ensure assigned activities are implemented in accordance with Dubai Chambers’ policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation, records, action trackers, risk logs, and other required project information.

Prepare regular project updates, status reports, presentations, and management reports accurately and within required timelines.

Support the identification and implementation of improvements to project processes and working practices.

Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards and best practices, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Identify and leverage ai opportunities to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across strategic initiatives.

Prepare monthly reports timely and accurately to meet Dubai Chamber requirements, policies and quality standards.

Conduct research, benchmarking, market assessments, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, Economics, or related field (master’s preferred).

Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in project management, international relations, or strategic initiatives.

Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder and board-level projects.

Strong knowledge of international business, trade organizations, and global networks (experience with ICC/WCF preferred).

Proficiency in project management.
