Role Overview
The Senior Executive - Order Distribution role focuses on order management, warehouse dispatch, inventory, logistics coordination, customer service, master data, and operational reporting.
The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Order Management
- Review business orders and generate ERP sales orders with correct products, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Share order confirmations and release delivery orders or dispatch plans to the warehouse.
- Coordinate with customers and sales teams after delivery.
Warehouse and Logistics Operations
- Drive warehouse dispatch operations, prepare dispatch plans, and allocate inventory using FIFO.
- Ensure quality packing, coordinate shipments with logistics providers, track shipments, and facilitate reverse logistics.
- Maintain sufficient packing materials at the warehouse.
Customer Coordination
- Provide customers with visibility into inventory availability and shipments.
- Coordinate advance payments and credit limits and provide solutions to customer grievances.
Data and Stakeholder Management
- Create bills of materials and related master data and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, customers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers.
- Monitor turnaround time, on-time delivery, quality, risk, and logistics partner performance.
Reporting and MIS
- Maintain DSR, sales order, sales revenue, shipment tracker, and monthly operational MIS reports.
- Monitor warehouse and service provider effectiveness through monthly review reports and score evaluations.
- Manage operational costs including freight and warehousing.
Qualifications and Experience
- A graduate qualification is required; B.E. or B.Tech. is preferred.
- The role requires 7–8 years of supply chain operations management experience.
- The role requires 6–7 years managing customer orders and sales teams and 6–7 years handling warehouse operations.
- Experience in a multinational company and experience leading as a unit or section lead are required.
- ERP and order management tool experience is preferred.
- A postgraduate or operations management certificate and analytics platform exposure are advantageous.

- Required competencies include warehouse operations, order management, material planning, ERP, outbound logistics, regulatory compliance, and MS Office proficiency.
