About the Role

Responsibilities
- Execute the full year initiative master plan for brand marketing
- Oversee the creation of brand campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences
- Execute brand campaigns and communication across various channels driving awareness on Bupa Value Proposition
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Execute the campaign launch strategy with Marketing Communication, activation and media buying teams
- Support the Trade Team in Commercial activations
- Monitor brand performance and brand perception metrics
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure alignment across all departments and partners
- Manage external agencies and vendors in development and execution of campaigns
- Continuously track allocated budget and ensure budget utilization
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years overall experience with at least 5 years in brand building
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts and execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify correlations and commonalities
- Proficient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken)
- Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Hands on experience in new communication development and repositioning brands
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Ideally FMCG and Service experience

Job Description
- Execute the development of Bupa brand Marketing strategy and positioning.
- Shape how the brand is perceived while building Bupa’s awareness and brand imagery.
Develop & Execute brand Strategies & Campaigns
- Execute the full year initiative master plan.
- Oversee the creation of brand campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Execute the brand campaigns and communication across various channels driving awareness on Bupa Value Proposition.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Execute the campaign launch strategy with Marketing Communication, activation and media buying teams.
- Support the Trade Team in Commercial activations (Client specific awareness).
Measure & Report on Brand Performance
- Monitoring brand performance and brand perception metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendation for improvement.
- Analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
Master Brand Guidelines
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure alignment across all departments and partners.
- Understand the Global Brand Guidelines and best practice.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with the Brand Standards on all internal and external execution.
- Review and evaluate all agency work to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines.
Manage Budget & Agency
- Manage external agencies and vendors in development and execution of campaigns.
- Continuously track allocated budget and ensure budget utilization.
Skills
- +8 years overall experience.
