The Senior Executive – Logistics & MIS manages logistics operations, transportation coordination, inventory movement tracking, and data-driven reporting.
The role focuses on timely dispatches, high service levels, logistics cost optimization, and accurate business reporting.
Logistics Operations
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track shipments, resolve transportation delays, and maintain OTIF service-level performance.
- Handle reverse logistics, claims, shortages, and damaged-material resolution.
- Apply knowledge of import/export procedures, regulatory compliance, and global supply chain operations.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for logistics, dispatches, fill rate, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels.
