Job Objective
The role is an application developer responsible for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail applications used across a retail business.
The position covers development, customization, maintenance, integration, and support of NAV and LS Retail applications and POS systems.
The role works with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to maintain stable applications and meet business requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
- Own the stability, availability, and support of LS Retail and NAV applications and POS systems.
- Develop, customize, and deliver NAV and LS Retail enhancements and solutions within agreed timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and support APIs and integrations with internal and third-party applications.
- Manage SQL development, database troubleshooting, and data integrity.
- Ensure application changes follow IT change, testing, security, deployment, and documentation standards.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting to minimize business disruption.
