Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across Dubai Healthcare City
- Assist in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and evaluations to mitigate operational HSE risks
- Support internal assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and Dubai Government regulations
- Review and improve HSE procedures, tools, and operational practices
- Assist in emergency preparedness and disaster management activities, including evacuation drills
- Promote HSE awareness through training, coaching, and safety programs
- Provide HSE guidance, technical support, and consultation to internal departments and business partners
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Maintain HSE documentation, incident reporting systems, and prepare regular performance reports
- Assist with Permit to Work processes, IMS certification activities, policy updates, and monitoring changes in HSE legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or Occupational Health & Safety or Environment Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Role Overview
- The role is responsible for working with the Specialist – Health and Safety in implementing HSE plans and programs for developed assets and infrastructure of Dubai Healthcare City.
