Senior Executive - EHS (6007)

- Accountable for establishing and implementation of HSE Management System in own Process.

- Overall responsible for conforming to HSE Management System Documentation,

Implementation and compliance with applicable Legal & other requirements

- Assistance in AIA, identification of interested parties and their requirements, HIRA, Develop Plant/Section level EHS objectives, targets and programmers, OCP’s / Formats.

- Overall responsible for Awareness on HSE Management System to the employees including relevant Aspects & Impacts, Hazards & Risks, Work Instructions, usage of Personal Protective Equipment’s.

- Timely implementation of Improvement Management Programmers

- Undertake Corrections, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions against identified non-conformities and verifying the effectiveness.

- Responsible for implementing calibration of measuring and monitoring devices through coordination with concerned section / personnel

- Responsible for proper storage and safe handling of items

- Prevention of Emergency and adequate mitigation measures in case of accident and emergency

- Proper housekeeping

- Natural resource conservation, prevention of incidents and adoption of safe work practices

- On the job training for employees and also for the contractor (personnel)

- Overall responsible for ensuring communication of Environmental and Health & Safety Policies

- Demonstrate commitment for HSE to the subordinates
