Senior Executive - eCommerce

Maintain and update the Debit Note tracker on a regular basis.

Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and Accounts teams for timely resolution of Debit Note cases.

Track pending Debit Notes and ensure closure within agreed timelines.

Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation records.

Coordinate purchase return requests with vendors and logistics partners.

Arrange return pickups and share required documentation within defined timelines.

Track return status and ensure timely closure of return cases.

Coordinate with Returns, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to avoid delays and financial losses.

Create, update, and maintain product listings across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.

Ensure accuracy of product information, images, pricing, descriptions, and catalog details.

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams for new product listings and catalog updates.

Monitor listing quality and ensure compliance with marketplace standards.

Schedule Purchase Order appointments as per shipment plans.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches.

Monitor appointment schedules and shipment status.

Resolve operational issues to minimize shipment delays and missed appointment slots.

Ensure smooth coordination with marketplace partners for on-time deliveries.

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or Supply Chain Coordination.

Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces will be preferred.

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and marketplace seller portals will be an added advantage.

Ensure timely and accurate Purchase Order processing.

Maintain accurate GRN, Debit Note, and operational records.

Coordinate efficient purchase returns and shipment scheduling.

Maintain error-free product listings across marketplaces.

Support smooth and efficient day-to-day E-commerce operations while ensuring high service levels and operational compliance.
