Ocean Export Operations

• Handle end-to-end ocean export operations for nominated FCL and LCL shipments.
• Coordinate customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, CHA, and other stakeholders.
• Process nominations, bookings, vessel schedules, cut-offs, Shipping Instructions, and shipment execution.
• Manage HBL and MBL issuance, amendments, surrender, and telex release.
• Monitor cargo movement, container pickup, stuffing, customs clearance, documentation, and vessel departure.
• Resolve rollovers, vessel changes, documentation discrepancies, delays, and other shipment exceptions.
• Follow customer and agent SOPs, export regulations, and shipping-line requirements.
• Coordinate pre-alerts, shipment updates, invoicing, job closure, and shipment documentation.
• Update milestones in Logi-sys and maintain operational records, nomination trackers, and MIS reports.
• Provide proactive customer and agent follow-up and timely resolution of operational issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of ocean export operations, preferably including nomination shipments.
• Experience with FCL, LCL, direct, nomination, and cross-trade shipments.
• Knowledge of HBL, MBL, BL surrender, telex release, Shipping Instructions, and pre-alert procedures.
• Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping practices.
• Experience coordinating with overseas agents, customers, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, and CHA.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and strict documentation and cut-off timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and freight-forwarding software, preferably Logi-sys.
