Export Order Management
- Act as the single point of contact for all export orders across clusters.
- Develop and maintain the order management system.
- Streamline sales, pricing, and order fulfillment workflows.
- Track order-to-invoice cycles, returns, destructions, and settlements.
Export and Logistics Activities
- Create customer codes in the ERP system and prepare pro forma invoices or quotations.
- Coordinate letter of credit activities with finance and business development teams.
- Compile and hand over documents required to initiate shipments.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams.
- Execute export processes involving logistics, shippers, buyers, and consignees.
- Manage intercompany transactions.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking
- Check open orders, partial orders, returns, destructions, and readiness across emerging markets.
- Track key sales processes and analyze commercial data.
- Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate with the supply chain team.
Audit, Compliance, and Process Improvement
- Verify adherence to corporate commercial policies, pricing guidelines, and local trade regulations.
- Maintain records and manage queries during audits.
- Identify coordination, system integration, and communication challenges in process flows.
- Develop strategies to address process challenges and support smooth business development operations.
Requirements
- Experience managing export orders and related commercial operations across multiple markets.
- Ability to coordinate sales, finance, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, buyers, consignees, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to track order, invoice, return, destruction, settlement, and stock movement processes.
- Ability to analyze commercial data and prepare performance reports.
- Knowledge of corporate commercial policies, pricing guidelines, and local trade regulations.
