Responsibilities
- Process transactions as per the SLAs & ensure quality and compliance with predefined parameters
- Review and process requests of wage calculation, payments and form filing
- Calculate average weekly wage, process payments basis defined guidelines / authorities and form filing
- Manage inventory while working independently
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory / State requirements
- Provide inputs and insights to improve the overall process
Qualifications
- Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
