- Coordinate board meetings, executive committee meetings, and key stakeholder engagements
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare meeting packs, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Draft correspondence and manage highly confidential communications
- Track actions and ensure follow up across internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, helping prioritise requests and maximise the CEO's effectiveness
- Serve as a key point of contact for board members, regulators, shareholders, senior executives, clients, and external partners
- Welcome and coordinate visitors to the CEO's office, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
- Oversee the day to day management of the CEO's office
- Ensure meeting rooms and executive facilities are maintained to a high standard

Requirements
- 8+ years' experience supporting C level executives

- Exceptional diary, travel, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong office management and operational coordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
