About the Role
National University Health System is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant for HR Group Shared Services to manage pre-service sponsorship administration, learning and training payments, and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.

Responsibilities
- Manage pre service sponsorship administration, including preparation of sponsorship bond deeds and coordination of scheduled payments to students
- Administer external learning and training payments, including timely processing of training fees and staff reimbursements
- Follow up diligently to ensure all payments are processed in accordance with established timelines
- Ensure tasks are completed in compliance with established policies, guidelines, and SLAs
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for L&D payments, sponsorships, and bond agreements
- Perform any other assigned duties/projects
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business related discipline
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR operations or L&D administration
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Meticulous, independent, proactive and strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high volume HR transactions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
