  • Intell Global Group is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO, providing executive support while helping strengthen organisation, communication and operational effectiveness across a growing international group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and prioritise the CEO's inbox
  • Draft professional correspondence, client emails and executive communications
  • Manage the CEO's diary, meetings and executive priorities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and executive logistics
  • Prepare agendas, presentations and meeting documentation
  • Produce concise executive briefings highlighting priorities, decisions required and outstanding actions
  • Act as the first point of coordination for matters requiring the CEO's attention
  • Protect the CEO's time by ensuring information is prioritised appropriately
  • Track actions delegated by the CEO and coordinate follow up across departments
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support the implementation of improved business processes
  • Prepare weekly operational summaries, sales and pipeline reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, founders or leadership teams
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent report writing and document preparation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism
  • Strong judgement and the confidence to prioritise independently
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP or business management systems

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using Odoo ERP
  • Experience supporting the CEO or founder of a growing business
  • Experience developing or implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience preparing executive dashboards and management reports
  • Experience coordinating multiple departments or business units
  • Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives
